Just when you think Dubya can’t be more clueless, more inane, or just downright pathetic, he manages to top himself again:

I quit golf over Iraq war: Bush

“US President George W Bush has revealed that he quit playing golf in 2003 out of respect for the families of US soldiers killed in the conflict in Iraq, now in its sixth year.”

I mean, WTF? This is how he shows sympathy? And I think it’s worse that he is actually being sincere and serious, that he does think this is a true grief response to what he and his cronies have unleashed upon the world. Leaves you kind of speechless — you don’t know whether to laugh at him (again), or scream just a little bit more.

Of course, he can hardly become less popular, or more disliked now anyway, so I don’t suppose he cares in the slightest.
