Will and Alex went back to school today… a great relief to at least one parent, but I was glad to see how happy and eager they were. Being in grade 1 and 3 I’d hope that would be the case, but it’s a good attitude I hope to see them keep.
For Will especially it’s been a long time since his schooling was “normal” and I think he is eager to just get back to everyday routine. I can see what he means — it feels good to do that.
In the writing front… yes, still doing well, at least another 1000 words tonight. Sometimes I know I can do more in a session, but I’m not committing myself to any more than that as a matter of course. But it feels good to be back into it.
