It’s Tuesday night here, but in the US election day is just starting (amusingly enough we had a big horse race here instead).
There’s not much more to say of course, except really one thing:
America, go out and vote!
Of course, it’s no secret who I’d vote for (and 78% of Australians apparently), but the important thing really is that people get out there and have their say. It still astounds most people in the world that so few Americans seem to care. And with more appearing to care this year, there’s instead the issue of voter suppression, and just plain bureaucratic screwups. That don’t seem to happen anywhere else in the western world.
