Well I just gave my official decision to the boss (the old boss now leaving himself – which says it all), and I will be out of official employment in the next month or two. It makes it sound all so organised, all so professional, but the reality is I was pushed. I don’t hold it against anyone, I don’t resent anyone and I have certainly been happy with my time at my job (where that is I might not mention!), but I was pushed. Call it economic upheaval, call it totally fucking up – but that’s what happened.
