How to improvise in a police state

Saw this on Boing Boing, and it is pretty damn clever:

I don’t really believe they did this because they “couldn’t afford a camera crew”. I mean, it’s a great way to get noticed, and exploit the thorough failure of the British surveillance state at the same time.

Think of the tagline: “CCTV — won’t solve your crimes, but it made us a good music video”.
